The law firm has been established by attorney-at-law Urszula Rodak – Smolarek who has over 10-year experience in providing legal assistance. She studied at the University of Warsaw, where she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences. Moreover she studied within the framework of the Erasmus Exchange Programme at the Institute of Political Sciences of the Vienna University.She completed a course at the American Law Center organised by University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida.For her outstanding achievements in the course of the German Law School organised by the University of Warsaw and the Bonn University, she was awarded as prize with an internship at the legal department of the Allianz SE in Munich, Germany. She gained experience working, among others, in one of the biggest Polish law firms as well as in a Polish office of an international law corporation.Her experience embraces civil and commercial law, advisory on regulated markets and products such as foodstuff, pharmaceutical products and medical devices.She has also, participated in numerous due diligence examinations and in project financing.She has advised in family and inheritance cases, has also conducted civil and criminal litigations.
